In 1898 Van der Hoek printing-company was founded in Uitgeest. By becoming more specialized in printing pharmaceutical leaflets, Dobber Pharmadruk was founded in 1993. Due to increasing production, a second establishment is being opened in Alkmaar under the label of Dobber Healthcare. To further growth, the establishment was expanded in 2017.
