Dobber Healthcare has been a trusted partner for graphic products within the pharmaceutical industry for many years. With almost 200 employees, we are the largest independent specialist printer for pharmaceutical products in the Netherlands.

At Dobber Healthcare, everything revolves around quality. Every day, our staff ensure that products not only meet all customer specifications, but go the extra mile wherever possible. This is only possible with teams who are motivated and genuinely committed to their work.

Our planning department manages production in Uitgeest and Alkmaar via a smart planning system. All processes are clearly set out in procedures and work instructions, so that everyone knows exactly what needs to be done. Throughout the entire process, Quality Assurance carries out extensive checks. This is how we maintain high standards and deliver products that customers can fully rely on.

Training and support

Working at Dobber Healthcare means working to ensure quality. That is why all our production staff undertake a personalised training programme. In addition, they receive GMP training, so that everyone understands exactly why accuracy and specifications are so important.

Regular refresher courses and retraining ensure that staff remain sharp and engaged. This not only enhances their knowledge, but also gives individual talents the opportunity to develop further.
